Rare and wondrous Reflectors, it’s your week! In our final Human Design 101 installment, we’re shining a light on what makes you so special.

As a Reflector, your type makes up only 1 percent of the population, and you’re here to reflect and amplify the energy of the world, illuminating the true potential in those around you. This might sound like a big ask, but it’s a gift you can harness for major magic!

In this episode, we’ll be talking about how to welcome and work with your undefined centers, helping you find consistency in your energetic design and leaning into your innate curiosity.

No Need to Rush: how to get off the treadmill of keeping up with the rest of the Generator population and flow at your own pace, leaning into your 28-day lunar cycle to guide your decision-making

Your Teflon Aura: how you are naturally protected from burnout by observing others’ energy but not absorbing it — as a natural advice-giver, you can see the energy but not BE the energy

Getting Excited to Be Surprised: how you can dissolve disappointment by learning to trust your inner timing and bust through feelings of impatience that force you into unaligned commitment

Peaks and Valleys: why it’s so important for you to prioritize rest and create alone time to replenish your own energy without the influence of anyone else

Reflectors, grab a journal and a pen and listen in. It’s time to learn the amazing potential you carry inside you!
