Intuitive eating can be great and for a lot of people, the answer is throwing Diet Culture out the window. But there are some big mistakes that people make when they try to eat intuitively. And in all honesty, there’s a lot of misinformation on social media that is not only unhelpful, but could be harmful.

And because I’m talking about my personal story, this episode has a little bit of a trigger warning.
