We all know her, maybe we are her, the one who consistently has their sh*t together, the one who can always swing the positive angle, bring the vibes and show up. What happens when she is not coping. Well, "She", is Revz, and Gem was on to it. How do we support someone who is terrible at asking for and receiving help and how do we let go of wanting our girlfriends to read our minds and just ask for emotional support (especially at a time like this when everyone is in the eye of sh*t storm). Also, we think it's time Gem stopped editing the podcast, but can she handle the letting go of control? We also try and work out what exactly we're talking about when we say "boundaries" and why Revz has none.
