Nelson Mandela was put in prison at the age of 44 and was expected to die there.

When he was released from prison at the age or 72, he was asked how he survived all those years in prison. 

His answer, “I wasn’t surviving. I was preparing.”

How do we respond when things aren’t going as planned or you’re “imprisoned?” Maybe we just need to reframe some of what we’re going through.
