For Women it can be difficult at times to connect with, trust, and understand our sexual desires. For so long we've been told what we're "supposed" to want and not want. what were "supposed" to do and not do. Yet the truth is that we are free to conduct ourselves sexually however we want. The question is, how do we want it? What do we desire, enjoy, and feel safe and secure with doing sexually? And with whom? Serious partners only? Multiple partners? Casual partners? It's all up to us to decide.
On this Identify & Heal solo episode I share how the exploration of this concept came about for me recently in my own experiences of yearning for intimacy, touch, and connection while also wanting to wait for a true, Soul partnership. Asking how do we figure out what we truly want while honoring our boundaries, needs, and Divine Feminine sacredness.
