Lena and Sophie accept a job with a business magazine and are excited to get a shot at a career in publishing. Despite the red flags, both have high hopes that the magazine can be elevated with their hard work and contributions, but the culture is controlled and monitored by the CEO and HR department who get a kick out of office gossip and drama. The surveillance of the staff generates a toxic, “big brother" atmosphere where no one trusts each other and feel as though they're always being watched.
