Most of us grew up watching Disney movies, which programmed us to believe that you meet a prince or princess, get married and live happily ever after.

Monogamous relationships have been drummed into us as 'the norm' for as long as any of us can remember right? So what happens when you find yourself in a non-monogamous relationship?

On the show we're joined by Kristie Saunders - who is in an open relationship for the first time and is documenting the experience with her new partner on a podcast series called Opened.

You may have perceptions about open relationships, or you may not know much about them at all. Keep an open mind as we find out what it has been like for Kristie, who like many of us had a long term monogamous relationship for 8 years of her adult life.

We also discuss the common belief a lot of us have that we are not good enough and Bel makes a confession about something she may have done (a long time ago) on a dating app.
