Pushing and tracking production in a physical therapy clinic can have a negative connotation—'you're all about the numbers,' 'that's not patient-focused,' 'that's too corporate'—and lead to the owner being soft and reasonable with unproductive team members. However, when owners decide to know what the business requires to be financially successful and hold the team(s) accountable to those numbers, then results, morale, opportunities, and profits increase.
