Understanding, appreciating and deepening your intuition is one of the greatest gifts of perception and the revelation of the truth. 

Quoting from my book; Recovering and Healing After the Narcissist:

"Intuitions are moments of insight that awaken our consciousness with great speed and clarity. I hear people ignoring or overriding their intuition. These messages can appear to be irrational or too novel for those who are strongly influenced by the analytical mind.  In today's societal milieu, which is oriented outward toward action, material acquisition and blind ambition, the voice of intuition is not valued and become muted. 

When you are intuitive, many people label you  as an eccentric or as psychologically unbalanced. This can be hard, but at some point in our lives it is vital to cast aside how others perceive us. 

You may have fewer friends when you communicate from your inner core self, but these friendships are authentic and invaluable. 

Psychological openness is key to deepening intuition. The intuitive message is faster than thought...Remaining flexible and still invites intuition.

Remember regular care of the self: rest and sleep that you need as an individual; nourishing food, organic if possible, hydrate well, move/exercise, listen to beautiful music that is restorative and calming.
