If there is anything that doesn't feel like it is going in the direction that you want it to which is causing you to feel a little bit stressed out. This is a process that you can play with, tweak, change, make your own - really go to town with it 

It's really going to help you when it comes to creating a different result, and allowing you to consciously receive more of what you want, as opposed to unconsciously tolerating stuff that you don't want.
