Infinite Receiving

I make myself laugh. 

Someone was taking the piss out of me the other day for laughing at my own jokes. But look, if you can't laugh at yourself, who the heck can you laugh at? 

So, what I wanna talk to you today about is self-awareness and why I actually think that self-awareness is probably more of a problem than what most people wanna acknowledge because we all wanna be self-aware right. 

That's the goal. To be the self-aware, enlightened individual. 

And what I've noticed is that the women (and men, but particularly the women) that I work with are wildly self-aware, they've done the work. 

They've done the breath work. They've done the NLP, they've done the tapping. They've done the EDMR. They have counsellors, they have therapists, everything! They're in coaching. These people are self-aware.

When you coach people that are wildly self-aware, sometimes that can be quite challenging because when you offer the coaching advice or mentoring advice frequently, what you'll hear is, oh, I've tried that. Yeah, I'm doing that. I've done that. 

And I'm always like, Hmm, really? Interesante! Because when I look at the evidence around me, when I get my Inspector Colombo on, I'm not seeing it!

I'm feeling excited about life at the moment. I feel that I am in a massive transition period. I didn't know that I was going to be in this period this year. 

I thought that everything was just going to be more of the same, but bigger, but that was my intention. And I was really happy with that intention. 

And yet it feels as though the universe just had other ideas. 

So many shifts were taking place like in the first quarter of the year and those shifts felt very scary. 

Then I went to Peru and it was a real confirmation that there was a reason that I was making the decisions that I was making and the shifts that were happening in my life. And I just needed to trust.

I wanna share with you the number one tip that I have to make multiple five and six-figure months with a tiny audience. 

To be super transparent, I wouldn't say that my audience is tiny now. However, when I had my first six figures in business, I had a thousand people on my email list. 

When I first spoke at the Self Love Summit in 2018, I had 2000 people on my Instagram and I was still at that point doing multiple six figures a year. 

So my audience has always been very, very small. 

And for somebody who is now doing multiple millions a year, my email list, my social media, everything is still small compared to the other big players in the industry. 

One of the stories that I have heard consistently throughout the years is that the reason that other people are more successful is that they have a bigger audience. 

One of the questions that come up for me most consistently right now is what do I need to do to grow my platform? 

And the answer that I give to people is never really the answer that they desire.

Hello, hello, hello! I'm excited! Can you tell? One of the things that has been massively, massively front of mind for me over the last week or so is the work that I have been doing with the archetypes. 

Anybody who's been in my world knows that one of the first things that I always get people to do is go through my mini-series called Fear to Freedom, which highlights the kind of eight archetypes that really run our lives. We have our four shadow archetypes, and then we have our four illuminated archetypes. 

The shadow archetypes are the prostitute, the victim, the child, and the saboteur. The illuminated archetypes are the lover, the sovereign, the warrior and the magician. 

And all of the time, our every single reaction, every single decision that we are making, we're either making from our shadow selves or our illuminated selves.

Now, I've been looking at this, particularly, in relation to the word power. And I am curious when I say power, and I'm talking about it in relation to you and your power. How do you feel about that word? It's really interesting!

It's been a while, like, at least a month since I last recorded a podcast because I have been away in Peru! And whilst there is a part of me that wants to share my experience of the retreat–and I will do–today is not that day. Mainly because I just wanna give it a little bit more breathing space. 

I shared with some of my clients how it was really interesting. I was having a very trusting response to people saying, “I can't wait to hear all about it!” And my thoughts were, “I don't know how to communicate everything that I experienced.” 

And then I had a call with my Transcendence lovelies - the people who I have my monthly transmission with. It was two hours. It was in-depth. It came from the heart. And it felt really, really beautiful. 

What I do feel ready to share are some of the biggest realizations and shifts that I've noticed since coming back from the retreat.
