Sarah Klein took out the Box Hill Classic 3000m in 9:26.66 ahead of Bianca Puglisi and Katherine Dowie, while Ben Buckingham won the men’s race in 7:56.35 to hold off Will Garbelotto and Ed Marks.

Peyton Craig won the A 800m in 1:46.90, while Bendere Oboya won in 2:05.63

Lauren Ryan placed fifth at the Sound Running The TEN 10000m in 30:58.69, with Holly Campbell running 31:54.00. Elise Cranny won the women’s 10000m in 30:36.56, while Ishmael Kipkirui set a new NCAA record in a World Lead time of 26:50.21

Jess Hull won the bronze medal in the 3000m in 8:38.28 at the Nanjing World Indoor Athletic Championships, narrowly beaten to the line by Shelby Houlihan of the USA by .02 of a second, with Freweyni Hailu of Ethiopia winning in 8:37.29. Linden Hall was also in the final running 8:44.99 for ninth place.

Georgia Griffith just missed the podium of the 1500m final, 4:00.80, an Short Track National Record and significant personal best. The title was won by Guduf Tsegay of Ethiopia in 3:54.86 ahead of compatriot Diribe Welteji and Georgia Hunter Bell of Great Britain.

Abbey Caldwell ran 2:05.15 in the 800m heats, while Sarah Billings ran 2:03.60 in her heat. Prudence Sekgodiso of South Africa won the gold medal in the final in a World Leading 1:58.40 ahead of Nigist Getachew of Ethiopia and Patricia Silva of Portugal.

Sam Ruthe of New Zealand at age 15, became the youngest person ever to run a sub 4 minute mile in 3:58.35, alongside pacemakers Sam Tanner and Ben Wall in Auckland.

Klara Dess and Archie Ridgeway win their respective Open 1500m Finals at the NSW State Championships, while Jaylah Hancock-Cameron and Lachlan Raper win the 800m titles.

Eliud Kipchoge announces he will compete in this years’ edition of the Sydney Marathon on August 31. 

Sydney Marathon race director Wayne Larden chats about landing the double Olympic Gold medalist, as well as some changes to the course.

Seth O’Donnell 1500m won the Vic Milers A Race in a personal best time of 3:36.8 as the lights went out in Doncaster, followed by Lucas Chis and Charles Barrett. Imogen Baker won the A race in 4:23.53 ahead of Lucy Cleveland and Jess Coyne.

Seth joins in to recap his last couple months and shares how he's been training, the thought behind his social media content and the support from One Running apparel that he is getting that is helping his running journey.

Jude Thomas defends his 3000m National Championship for the third year in a row at this year’s Sydney Track Classic, winning in 7:49.17 ahead of teammates Callum Davies and Jack Bruce. Georgia Griffith added another win to her season, winning the 3000m championship in 8:54.02 with Maudie Skyring in second and Sarah Billings in third

Peter Bol 1:44.86 ahead of Daniel Williams and Luke Boyes.

Sam Clifford won the Bluff 2 Boat Ramp 10k in Devonport in 29:01 over Haftu Strintzos and Jacob Cocks. Jessica Stenson backed up two weeks on from running her personal best in the Tokyo Marathon to win the race in 32:46, ahead of Caitlin Adams and Sarah Klein.

Georgia Griffith sets a new 1000m National Record of 2:35.50 at the Box Hill Burn, while Peter Bol narrowly falls short of his own national record to run 2:16.29, just shy of Jeff Riseley’s record. Seth O’Donnell outran the pack to win the 5000m in 13:22.30 ahead of Liam Cashin and Aidan Veltan, while American invite Taylor Werner takes the 5000m in 15:44.41 ahead of Sarah Klein and Amy Robinson.

Bendere Oboya and Abbey Caldwell both clock Indoor World Championships qualifiers, taking the tape in 1:59.27 and 1:59.72 respectively. Luke Boyes won the men’s 800m in 1:47.34.

Adrian Potter and Tianna Cetta take out the Open 5000m at the South Australian State Track and Field Championships.
