While health inequity is considered by many to be the #1 issue in healthcare today, we’re still just learning to talk about it as part of pharmacy education. As preceptors, health equity and social determinants of health may not have been a language we learned as part of our education, and yet we rely on preceptors to help develop our learners in this area.
