Episode 31 of Living and Leading with Emotional Intelligence: Intention and Introspection with Confidence Coach Grace Johnston

Grace starts off with an interesting story of how she recently made the decision to change ALL THREE of her names. She shares the meaning and intention behind this decision after a couple of years into her self-develop journey.  Throughout the conversation, we continue to dive deeper into the insight that comes from introspection, and the power behind our intentions. 

Grace's personal bio:
"I am a confidence coach who lives in Charlotte, NC with my amazing husband, my pit bull Stella, and our two cats. I've been an entrepreneur for over 7 years now, and I've pivoted my business several times to create more flow and alignment in my life and business. I'm into yoga, Pilates, hiking, entertaining, and personal growth all day, every day!

 I was raised with emotionally unavailable parents, which led me to become highly sensitive and empathetic, but also a tough love, "pull yourself up by your bootstraps" kind of person. Coming from a low-income background and growing up as a foreigner were two things that perpetually made me feel like an underdog... until I discovered the super power within the struggle. Owning my truth has allowed me to discover limitless power and possibility, and I live to awaken this same power in others!"
