Practicing intentional self-discovery after experiencing transitions (relationship/friendship/family/health/life changes, moves, career changes, etc) as well as learning about the trait of high sensitivity is crucial for reconnecting with our truest authentic selves and ensuring that we live in alignment with our current needs and values. Transitions have a way of reshaping us, sometimes causing us to lose touch with our innermost essence. By intentionally engaging in self-discovery, we create a space for introspection and reflection, allowing us to gain a deeper understanding of who we are and what we truly want. This process empowers us to make conscious choices, make necessary adjustments, and live a life that is authentic, purposeful, and fulfilling.
We share some of our personal experiences throughout this episode and I hope you'll join us a few minutes before recording for some connection time.
