Started Swazy Alexander Landscaping in 2004 part time and went full time in 2005.

Rebranded our Fertilization division as Green Sphere, Turf, Trees, Ticks in 2016 with an organic focus. Our Tick and Mosquito control has been 100% organic for 8 years. We have an exclusive deal with Bee Safe to offer their organic lawn care products on the North Shore. Our traditional fertilization program has eliminated all synthetic fertilizers, uses fully organic products for most of the steps while providing the control products for insects and weeds.

Our 10 year goal is To have a culture of empowerment allowing us to be the best in our local market with 20% Net profits. We are on year 3 of this goal and on track to achieve it.

Green Sphere Training was founded (officially) in early 2022. Our goal is to bring an app to market to simplify training fertilization technicians and increase upsell.

I have been married 15 years and we have 2 boys, 14/13. We spend a lot of time mountain biking, hiking, and skiing as a family and are currently renovating a house in Vermont to do more of these!
