Happy Father's Day! Today I have a very special guest on the podcast, my dad, Lloyd Bratz. So quick backstory on my dad: his main career was as a Cleveland police officer for almost 30 years, and on the side of that, he had a personal security business. He made more money on a part time basis with the security business than he did in his full time job, but always kind of balanced the two of them. My dad grew up without a father figure in his own life, but became the ultimate father figure in mine and my 3 siblings' lives. He's someone I very much look up to and I've got a ton of respect for what he was able to build business-wise and in our family.
