Brooke was sexually abused for much of her childhood and the pattern of abuse continued into her adulthood. In her late twenties, Brooke made a choice to take back her power and her life and she has spent more than a decade on a journey of research, growth, and teaching. 

She has developed courses and content that have benefited people around the world in overcoming trauma, guilt, and shame. The Power of Creation within us is our most innate gift and source of love.
