Like all of us, she's spent her twenties & early thirties being bombarded with lousy advice in all forms, from 30 second TikToks of self-appointed life coaches about how breathwork cured their athletes foot, friends-of-friends in the pub that SWEAR their sister's cousin's big toe managed to get their ex back through reiki, magazine's that have told her if she just got her calves to be 2cm smaller she'd definitely end up getting inundated with roses on Hinge.

So assisted by her tiny intern Rory, Holly will be coming live from Lousy Digest HQ. A magazine that discusses the things that really don't matter, and makes a bit of a meal of it.
