Invisibility in Narcissistic Abuse: 5 Ways Abuse is Undetectable & 5 Reasons We Become Invisible
Are you dealing with depression and pain after being abused by a narcissist?
In today's vlog, I'm answering a question from a SPAN (Support for People Affected by Narcissistic abuse - join at http://queenbeeing.com/span) member: How do you stop being "invisible" so people will take you seriously?
Invisibility in narcissistic abuse starts with gaslighting - it's how narcissists make you feel crazy and like your feelings aren't legitimate and like they don't matter. You learn to be ignored in narcissistic abuse - and often, after the abuse ends, you feel invisible to everyone else, too.
In this video, I'll explain why that happens and what you can do to stop feeling invisible to other people. I'll first tell you five reasons we become invisible (which are also five red-flag signs of narcissistic abuse), and then I'll explain five ways we can combat the feeling of being invisible so we can see OURSELVES again - and so others will see us too. It's easier than you think!
