What’s the hold up on this bill passing? Is it ACTUALLY looking like it will happen or is there still a chance it won’t pass yet? Do we know any details of what the bill will include, like tax rates, fees, start date, etc? Did he catch the Nick Saban interview where he said “athletics no longer go to schools…” for what?? He seems to have an issue with NIL.
