Whether it’s leadership, teamwork, performance, navigating change, accomplishing goals, or anything else that matters to us at work and in life…it’s almost always all about relationships.  How we relate to others, how we relate to circumstances, and how we relate to ourselves has so much to do with our level of success or fulfillment (or lack thereof).  On this episode, I talk about why relationships are so important, what can make them challenging, especially these days, and some things we can do to enhance how we relate to those around us, what we’re going through, and to ourselves in the most effective way possible.
