How can we find peace and happiness amongst the chaos of this world?
As social media and increasingly the entire internet embraces the worst kind of censorship, it really does seem like the algorithms are trying to excise a part of the complete human.
For instance, Instagram just deleted our 10-year-old account with 40,000 followers—something I'll be talking about a bit more in an upcoming podcast.
But these bogus copyright claims, the shadowbanning, censorship, and now just outright deleting our accounts, this is something that's been happening to the leaders of health and fitness for quite a few years now, to be honest.
And frankly, it's something that we're all going to have to rise above.
So what can we do? How can we find that inner peace and to keep our cool while these technocrats bury and censor us in a dangerously lazy attempt to control all of our minds?
Well, today, I'm pleased to say that we're here with J. Stewart Dixon, a modern day mindfulness teacher, musician, blogger and author of the #1 best-seller and award-winning book, “Spirituality For Badasses.”
If you're a badass and you like Zen, steak and Chuck Norris, this is the show for you. We're chatting about:
• How to be a spiritual badass and find your inner peace • Why you should consider a vacation from the sound of your own voice • How to swap social media for good habits • Getting started with meditation • How to do a quick body scan • And tons more…
