In today's episode we're joined by James Armstrong who is a NHS Physiotherapist as well as owning his own clinic - www.jamesarmstrongphysio.com. On top of this, James hosts his own YouTube Channel to help student physios on their journey, as James knows what it's like to go through the process to gain their qualifications. As well as all of this, he uses his Social Media channels to help educate runners and bust some myths!

James was joined in this episode by his fiance Jodi, who was previously on the podcast in 2020.

With Jodi and James we spoke about their work with the NHS, how they're balancing training at the moment and what it looks like, their wedding plans, what races they have upcoming and the importance of strength work.
