For our 30th episode, I was honored to have Jim Miller join me for a round table discussion of coaching on all levels. Jim is the high performance director at USAC and has personally coached more Olympic medal winning athletes than any other coach in the United States.

Throughout our chat we cover some pretty large topics within coaching such as how he is approaching 2021 with top-level athletes and addressing the goals of life-long athletes, as well as the Olympic Development Academy and what Jim's mission is for the new academy.
