This week Jake & Callan are joined by professional MMA fighter active in the Australian circuit - John-Martin Fraser. Originally from Wales, now residing and training on the Sunshine Coast. He has a professional record of 7-4-0, with a high finish rate of 84%, including six wins by knockout and one by decision​. 

The boys & John chat all things from his journey from his early days practicing traditional martial arts and boxing in the UK, to his transition into jiu-jitsu and MMA upon moving to Australia, the mental resilience needed to handle both the ups and setbacks. The priceless lessons John has learned throughout his career, and the impact of health and nutrition in the fight game.
