Josh McKinney is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt under Kyle Watson and has been training BJJ for 15 years. He started BJJ at 14 years old and even coined the term designated winner to teach Brazilian jiu-jitsu techniques in a way that used games and specific intensity levels. Josh currently has two BJJ academies under him called Headnod HQ Granite City and Jerseyville.
