Where in your life are you pursuing happiness when you should be pursuing joy?

Happiness is an emotion: it can come and go! Happiness can be fleeting usually because 1) we’ve given that ability to be happy to other people, meaning, we’ve allowed them to dictate whether we can be happy or not. Or 2) it’s the rollercoaster ride of, if things are going well, we’re “happy”...but when things aren’t going well, where does that happiness go?

Joy, on the other hand, is something that is deeply rooted in us - it’s a part of our DNA. You can find joy - you can BECOME joy! It’s not predicated on outside circumstances because, when you find joy, it’s upon you to live that life.
