Glenn Weir is Assistant Commissioner - Road Policing Command at Victoria Police and he's a man proudly married to the service for over 4 decades. In this time as you can imagine (from becoming a cadet at 16) Glenn has seen some heavy stuff, from road trauma to the loss of too many fellow officers. 

We talk about the literal and metaphoric amour that comes with sliding that uniform and badge on for the day and how Glenn has navigated the good and potentially bad of policing.
