Today on Just Jenny, I’m joined by the incredible Dr. Caroline Messer MD, founder of Well by Messer, a concierge endocrine practice that blends compassion with cutting-edge science.
We dive into weight, perimenopause, menopause and overall wellness.
Dr. Messer also breaks down the benefits of GLP-1 and GIP medications (like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro) — not just for people living with severe obesity, but for others struggling with metabolic issues, insulin resistance, and inflammation. Her perspective is refreshing, science-backed, and full of hope.
We also explore what makes Well by Messer so unique — from personalized care to hormone optimization — and how treating the whole person is the key to lasting results.
Whether you’re dealing with unexplained weight gain, low energy, or mood swings… this episode is packed with insights that can help you feel more in control of your health.

I loved talking to today's podcast guest, Amy Kane! Amy is a content creator who talks about her weight loss journey to lose an astonishing 160lbs. We get into the how and why she chose this path.
Amy Kane received her MSW and worked in the field of addictions for over a decade prior to becoming a stay at home mom 7 years ago when her son was born. Two years ago, she started sharing her weight loss journey online and grew a strong community on both Tiktok and Instagram. Today, she is a full time content creator. Her content focuses on topics including weight loss, GLP1 support, healing one's relationship with food, and body image. Her goal is to support those who have had weight struggles, are on a weight loss journey and/or are utilizing GLP-1 medications. Amy has lost 160lbs and has maintained the weight loss for over 2 years now. She is a mom to three kids and has been married to her Husband Ken for 10 years. Follow Amy on social media @amyinhalf

On today’s episode, I sit down with the incredibly talented interior designer Cara Woodhouse to talk about her brand new book, “It’s a Mood – Your Home, Your Vibe” — a stunning and informative guide to how design can transform not just your space, but your mood and your life. Cara shares her design philosophy, creative process, and how she brings intention and emotion into every room she touches. But our conversation goes far beyond beautiful interiors. Cara opens up about her powerful body transformation journey — and she holds nothing back. We also dive into building an authentic and massive online presence, and how that's a job in and of itself! You’ll leave this episode inspired to refresh your home… and maybe even yourself.

PLEASE NOTE this episode was recorded before Jenny's surgery.
On today’s episode of Just Jenny, I’m joined by the always fabulous Tova Leigh—creator, storyteller, performer, truth-teller, and now, author of the brand-new book Good Girls Gossip.
Tova has built a global community by saying the quiet parts out loud, and in her latest book, she invites us into a deeper conversation about the stories we tell ourselves—and each other—as women. We talk about how gossip isn’t always a dirty word, how vulnerability builds connection, and how speaking honestly can be a radical act of self-liberation.
Tova shares the inspiration behind Good Girls Gossip, what she learned from the women who contributed to it, and why the so-called “good girl” persona can be both protective and limiting. We also dive into motherhood, marriage, friendship, shame, and the power of sharing your truth—even when your voice shakes.
This episode is honest, raw, funny, and deeply validating. You’ll walk away feeling seen, heard, and maybe even a little braver.
✨ Listen now and don’t forget to grab your copy of Good Girls Gossip – available wherever books are sold.
