Listener questions answered PLUS Vanessa Rissetto RD.
I LOVE when Vanessa Rissetto (@vanessarissettord on social media) is on the podcast. Today she's talking nutrition, cancer, meds and more. Vanessa NEVER holds back and today is no different. Is she unhinged? MAYBE. BUT I LOVE IT.

After listenting to her "Just Enough Family" podcast, I knew I had to talk to Liz Lange. I am so excited for you to hear this conversation.
Liz Lange is an American fashion designer, entrepreneur, retail pioneer, author, and podcast host Lange commenced her fashion career in 1997, establishing Liz Lange Maternity, a brand that reimagined and reshaped the way women thought about dressing while pregnant. Lange has been described as the “first maternity wear designer” and dressed A-List celebrities, including Cate Blanchett, Cindy Crawford, Gwyneth Paltrow, Julia Roberts, Brooke Shields, Kate Winslet, and Reese Witherspoon. In 2001, she became the first designer to host a maternity wear runway show at NY Fashion Week. In December 2020, Lange acquired Figue, a New York based luxury resort-wear brand, most notable for their kaftan dresses. She is now the CEO and Creative Director, with the goal to continue the brand’s legacy of dressing fashionable women around the world while also expanding its categories and reach.
Lange created and currently hosts the popular Sony podcast, "The Just Enough Family,” which gives an inside look at her famous family’s history and dynamics. Additionally, Lange stays actively involved in charities dear to her heart and is an advocate for cervical cancer awareness. Lange now lives between New York City, East Hampton, and Palm Beach, with her husband, children, and dogs. Follow Liz on social media @lizlangeofficial

Today's Just Jenny podcast drop features NOT JUST my sister @StacyFritz but also my brother @BrianKoppelman. Brian is a TV showrunner, WGA writer and all around creative. I asked Brian to be on to talk about the WGA strike's ending, but in true sibling fashion, we got into so much more.

This episode of my Just Jenny podcast, I'm talking to NYT best selling author-former Goop big wig, Elise Loehnen. We get into why her "On Our Best Behavior" book is SO DARN GOOD. This episode we do talk sexual assault, disordered eating and maybe some other things that *might* make you uncomfortable.
I think you will love getting to know Elise.
Elise Loehnen is a New York Times bestselling author and the host of the podcast, Pulling the Thread, where she interviews cultural luminaries about the big questions of today, including people like Jo Harjo, Loretta Ross, Pico Iyer, Dr. Gabor Maté, and Terry Real. She’s the author of the New York Times bestselling On Our Best Behavior: The Seven Deadly Sins and the Price Women Pay to be Good. Elise lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Rob, and their sons, Max and Sam.
Elise has also co-written 12 books, including five New York Times Best Sellers Previously, she was the chief content officer of goop. While there, Elise co-hosted The goop Podcast and The goop Lab on Netflix, and led the brand’s content strategy and programming, including the launch of a magazine with Condé Nast and a book imprint. For the podcast, she interviewed 100s of thought leaders, doctors, and experts, including Ibram X Kendi, Bryan Stevenson, Nicholas Kristof, Ambassador Samantha Power, Rebecca Traister, John & Julie Gottman, among others. Prior to goop, she was the editorial projects director of Conde Nast Traveler. Before Traveler, she was the editor at large and deputy editor of Lucky Magazine, where she also served as the on-air spokesperson, appearing regularly on shows like Today, E!, Good Morning America, and The Early Show. She has a B.A. from Yale and majored in English and Fine Arts; she also went to St. Paul’s School in Concord, New Hampshire. Before that, she attended a school where lunchtimes were spent jumping an irrigation ditch. Originally from Missoula, Montana, it's important to her that people know that she went to the National Mathletes Championship when she was in 8th grade and that she’s a horse whisperer. These days, she serves on two boards (Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams and Skinfix), advises a beauty bio-tech start-up (Arcaea), and spends her time writing, reading, and fundraising for causes and politicians focused on environmental action, social justice, women and children’s health, and a more equitable world.
