Karalynne Call, mom of six and founder of Just Ingredients, began her health journey nearly 15 years ago while battling suicidal depression. Thankfully the attempt wasn't successful. That was a wakeup call. Karalynne learned that depression is your body crying for help. Luckily, she found a doctor who helped Karalynne learn how to nourish and take care of her body by eating better and nutrition. She learned how to naturally fuel her body; it literally changed her life. About 6 years ago, Karalynne felt like everyone around her was dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, migraines, chronic fatigue, auto immune issues or cancer. She knew if she could just go into these people's homes for a month, and cook and grocery shop for them, she could help them feel better.
