It is easy to let off the gas the longer we are in our career because we feel we have “learned enough” and “experienced enough.” However, it must be an intentional pursuit to always be open to change, learning, and coaching. TJ has lived the life in the field and in the office to know these feelings and now uses that education to coach others towards greatness.
