Kelly Hogan, an elementary school educator, has been an advocate of zero carb lifestyle for years now. She does carnivore coaching to help people get started on the carnivore lifestyle and break from the cycle of sugar/carb addiction.
“So I tell people that's the time to go, take your walk, that's the time to get some fresh air, reflect on why this really matters and remind yourself it is not gonna stay hard forever. It's only hard for a little while when it's out of your system, it's just like, it's not hard for me to not smoke. I don't smoke, so I don't ever miss cigarettes. I also don't sit around wishing I had a cocaine. It's just not in my system.” - Kelly Hogan
