You might know Kelly McCarren as one of the hosts of Mamamia’s You Beauty podcast. She’s well known for being candid and vulnerable about her life on her social media accounts, speaking about her boob job, her nose job, hating her wedding, gender disappointment in pregnancy and her mental health. But when Kelly started sharing the toll of what being a new mother really looks and feels like on her social media, she was universally applauded. She made other parents feel seen.

So, Mia asked her on the podcast to talk about the things we don’t often talk about - the moments in life where we don’t think any other woman has been before, and how Kelly is sharing the realities of being a new parent. Both the overflow of love and the overwhelm of trying to figure out what to do with a screaming baby.
