In the past episodes we have always been focused on the ketogenic lifestyle. How it is beneficial for your overall health and that includes our Mental Well-being. So guys today, we will talk about Meditation. Meditation has been a huge part of my life for the past few years now. Let me tell you that it has absolutely turned my life around.

If you are feeling anxious or stressed at this present moment or feeling overwhelmed. With any aspects of your life that requires decisions making and that also includes making the right lifestyle choices, food choices. This episode will help you find your balance. I am for certain that this practice has elevated my life and has changed me for the better.

Our next guest is a Nutrition Coach and a huge advocate of the ketogenic lifestyle, when he moved to Canada from Jamaica, before keto,  he found himself unmotivated and with that came increased consumption of carbs, Which led him to a pre-diabetic phase.

When he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, he immediately took his nutrition seriously and was trying every healthy option there is until 2019 when he found keto. In just under 90 days in the ketogenic lifestyle, he had dropped his A1C down to an almost normal level, Even his doctor was amazed with his results.

He has became a huge advocate of the ketogenic lifestyle and continues to assist the keto community with education in nutrition!

Our Next Guest is somebody that has tried everything to lose weight. However, she always finds herself yo-yo dieting back and forth. She has tried everything out there and nothing worked for her.

Our next Guest is somebody that was always on the road for work and had no idea that he had an Undiagnosed type 1 diabetes. Overtime it got worse and worse. Until one day, his wife finds him on the kitchen floor unconscious. As He wakes up, He had learned that he had type 1 diabetes.

Along side his wife, they knew they had to make a change. Gearing themselves up to an uphill battle, They found Keto. Fearing the unknown, they forced themselves into a lifestyle that they had never known.

Our next guest has struggled with weight all of her life. Our next guest is somebody that was diagnosed with a Severe Depressive Disorder in her early 20’s. By her mid 30’s, she has witnessed her mom suffer from so many illnesses. At which point, she thought that she needed a change for herself.

At the time, She was overweight. So, she decided to have. a weight-loss surgery done. That went really successful. However, when her mom passed. She found herself in a deep depression again and had re-gained a lot of the weight back.

Feeling lost, a friend of hers introduced her to Keto. That turns out to play a major to finally turning her life around.

She’s now using her platforms to help educate and to assist others on their own keto journey.
