Our guest today is here to talk about how a small shift in mindset can improve your relationship with food. Although, she isn’t on the ketogenic diet today. She has found the right balance on a mostly low carb lifestyle. In her own words,

“My Relationship with Food is the best it’s ever been”.

Tammy:

'In the later half of 2020 ,I stopped tracking macros and allowed myself more freedom with Carbs. I stopped 'Strict Keto' and went more 'Low Carb' because I started to  'Binge Eat'.

Since I allowed more Carbs and Stopped Tracking, I've stopped 'Binge Eating' completely and I developed a better relationship with Food.

This is not to say 'Strict Keto' is Bad or Good. It just wasn't syncing with my habits. It was an integral part of my food journey and truly taught me about nutrition
