This week Jake & Callan are joined by Kit Dale. Kit is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is Australia’s most decorated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete of all time. After receiving his black belt by multiple time world champion Yuri Simoes in 2013, after only 4 years of training. Put Kit Dale among the fastest people to ever receive a black belt in BJJ. Kit among his success in Jiu Jitsu has become an actor & writer brushing shoulders with some of the biggest names in Hollywood. 

The boys and Kit dive into his journey from playing high level aussie rules football to discovering and dominating in Jiu Jitsu, his progression to developing his passion as an actor, writer and better understanding Kit's mindset, approach to learning and his commitment to mastery which has attributed to his success in each path he's pursued.
