Before her role at WHOOP, Kristen established herself as a force in the athletic arena; here are just a few of her accomplishments:

• Three-time All-American and two-time Big 10 Athlete of the Year at the University of Iowa in Field Hockey and Basketball.
• A seven-year member of the U.S. National Field Hockey Team.
• One of the most successful coaches in Ivy League history, having won 12 league titles in 13 seasons and a National Championship at Princeton University
