Laurenz is currently a purple belt and the creative director for Hyperfly. He has been doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 2009. Laurenz's parents started Hyperfly after putting him and his brother in BJJ to keep them busy.

Laurenz is very open and honest about his journey in jiu-jitsu. Working in the industry and being a practitioner has made him look at training differently than most. It is always great talking to someone with a story similar to the average person's. We have day jobs, families, and other hobbies that are a particular priority in our lives besides training.
