Leadership is always important and challenging, especially in the times we find ourselves in right now. On this episode, I had a chance to talk to a great leader and one of my favorite people, Dheeraj Pandey. Dheeraj co-founded Nutanix in 2009 and was their CEO for over 11 years. He's currently on the board of Adobe and has had an incredibly successful career as an engineer, a leader, an entrepreneur, and as a co-founder and CEO of a rapidly-growing start-up that he took public in 2016. In this conversation, we discuss the importance of curiosity, anti-fragility, authenticity, and more in today's ever-changing world.
