What I find incredible is that we’re all working toward the same thing with so many options for how we can get there. That’s why I always say to go with what resonates with you, and that’s why I want you to listen to this episode.

Today I’m sharing the first session of Making Waves, an ongoing virtual panel series that I was invited to participate in.

Host Barbara Pike Gonzales brought together a beautiful lineup with mental health counselor Justine Carino and certified health coach Lindsey Kaszuba joining us.

We’re four different people with different perspectives and teaching systems, but it’s amazing to hear how there are so many similarities in our goals for ourselves and the people we work with.

In our conversation, we’re getting into:

• how catastrophizing, societal conditioning, and a “noisy world” of others’ opinions and vibes clogs up our intuition
• habits and awareness strategies we all can turn to when we need to reset and refocus our day
• how we all learned to love and appreciate meditation in our own unique ways
• the ripple effect you can have on others when you know your own power and self
• … and what we can learn from the strong-willed 3-year-olds in our lives!

I’m still blown away by everything I took away from this panel and I trust it will have a similar impact for you!
