In this episode, we discuss gut health, why it's so important, how we can determine if we might have issues, and then the steps to take to get us back on track. 01:46 Sure. I'm Lee Holmes. I'm a nutritionist, a whole food chef, and I teach yoga and meditation. I have a website called SuperchargedFood.com, which I share a lot of recipes on there and I've written about nine books now.
