Nikki Parkinson is joined by collaborative lawyer and mediator Marguerite Picard. She is the Director of MELCA and Smart Separation. MELCA is a one stop centre for healthy divorce outside the court system. It was designed and established by Marguerite and her partners Tricia Peters and Dr Tina Sinclair in 2009, to deliver an interdisciplinary service to separating couples and families.
