Dr. Nic Gill is the All-Blacks strength and conditioning coach He got appointed in 2008 and has been in the role ever since- through 4 RWC campaign, 4 coaches and at the time of recording this, 212 test matches.

To enjoy that sort of longevity at this sort of level you have to be one thing- the best!
