I came across Sonny on instagram and his wisdom really resonated with me so i had to reach out to him and ask if he would like to be on my podcast. It was reading the story of how he declined a girl cause he didnt even know her or she had not spent enough time with him. That to me stuck out because i always had that with women who i really liked and i would tell many women the same thing. Don't give yourself away so easy. When i heard this from the man's point of view it resonated with me so much. Why should we just let anyone who wants to be with us have access to our energy, just because they are attractive. People need to earn your touch and attention.
