How the heck is it the end of 2023! This has been the fastest year of my life. This year has been full of highs and lows that have challenged me to say the least. However, I can see all the silver linings to each adversity, and I have learnt so much over the past 12 months.

I am going to talk about the 10 things I have learnt this year. When I was writing this down I could definitely share more tips so let me know if you guys would like me to record a part 2.
