In this week episode, I'm diving into a topic that came to me from a client's suggestion.  <br/><br/>It's the idea of the opposing ways we can find ourselves; being at cause/ having choice & being at effect/feeling like the victim.  Today, I'm specifically talking about the many ways we can find ourselves in the victim role because of our choices and circumstances. <br/><br/>As you listen to me share these different red flags, you may be thinking, "That's me!" My point is for you to notice this and not beat yourself up about it. When we notice, we can reflect on these specific situations and shift our thinking.  When we acknowledge this, we can shift into being at cause, making choices rather than falling victim. <br/><br/>In two weeks, I'll be back with the second part of this conversation, the being at cause portion.
