With all the negativity and meanness in the world right now, being kind is more important than ever. On this episode, I talk about some of the things that get in the way of kindness. I then share some specific things we can do to be kinder to those around us and to ourselves. Leading with kindness is one of the best things we can do to enhance our relationships, our teams, and how we operate at work and at home.
