Like all areas of our lives, when we make a change around alcohol, how we view sex and how we have sex may change. Relationships evolve, priorities shift and many times we also find a shift in how we are showing up sexually.
We might have bought into the 'story' that alcohol is a 'sexual lubricant' that helps us loosen up. Or, we might actually have a partner who expresses "you were more fun when you were drinking". We might feel completely in our head and find it hard to connect with our body in a way that makes sex feel natural and fulfilling.
Sarah helps us explore communication as the number one tool to better sex; how to reframe losing our virginity all over again; and why you should focus on what draws you to your partner vs. what you find sexually attractive.
